1-The winnowing system :
is to separate mixed
materials including very small ,large ,light and heav

materials , dust ,straw,and wood

-There is a hopper equipped with an adjustable shutter
that is used to control the entring material to the system

-A penumatic elevator transfers the winnowing material
from the hopper into the system where the dust and

straw are being separated

-The system is equipped with the adjustable two sided
drawing central fan transfers the material,separates the

dust and straw as well as the heavier materials than
the main one and the other side of the fan separatesthe

lighter mixed materials such as straw, split pea and
so on

-The system is equipped with two sifter , the upper
sifter separates larger mixed materials like culm and

the lower sifter separates the smaller materials
including sand ,the weed seed and the broken seed

2. No.1 elevator system : is equipped with hupper and adjustable shutter that is used
to control the

entering material to the system

3. Grit separator system :
separates the
similar weight and volume grits to the product, that their

specific weight is more than the product

-It is equipped with the adjustable drawing fan

-It has a sifter and 2 vibration electromotors

-A plateform and a ladder are used to adjust the
central fan

table : the table is used to
separate the mixed materials that have

different colors for instance, the rotten
white bean changed the color to brown, the table also transports

the product from the grit separator to the
sorting feeder elevator .

-The table is equipped with a higenic
P.V.C belt

-It has a variable speed gearbox (the
RPM)could be changed

for different products

-The table is equipped with base and
fluorscent light,there is

enough light to see

5.No.2 elevator : is used to transfer the product

from the table test to the sorting system

6. the sorting system : classifies the product

into small ,medium and large one , it is
utilized to improve
the quality of the packed material for export

-It has a hopper with the adjustable
enterance shutter

-It has screen and the upper , lower
sifters as well as 3 outlet shutters

-The separate outlets are utilized to mix
and separate various sizes of materials

7. Cyclon and separator
: the system is used to
separate the dust and the light straw of the

winnowing system as well as to
decontaminate the environment

8. The main electricity
distribution board : all of the electrical
components are installed on

the board based on the electrical and
security standards

Both 500 and 1000 kg/h
systems are utilized
