Application of winnowing system

1-The system is to separate mixed Materials including very small,large,light ,and
heavy  materials,dust and straw,wood and
grit

2-A
pneumatic elevator transfers the winnowing material from the hopper into the
system where the dust and straw are being separated

3-The
system is equipped with the adjustable two sided drawing central fan, one side
of the fan transfers the material, separates the dust and straw as well as the
heavier materials than the main one and the other side of the fan separates the
lighter mixed materials such as wrinkled wheat, find wheat , smutted wheat ,
weed seed, and broaken sead

4-The  system is equipped with two sifter,
the upper sifter separates larger mixed materials like culm and the lower
sifter separates the smaller materials including sand , the weed seed and the
broken seed

5-There
is an uppercylinder to separate the smutted seed and the broken ones as well as
the broken seeds

6-There
is a lower cylinder to separate oat,it separates the oat and barley that are
large are larger than the wheat

force

-A3 phase electromotor which is used for the winnowing

-A3 phase electro gearbox which is  used to
separate the smutted wheat, oat and barley

A
spiral 3 phase spiral electro gearbox is used for disinfectant

-A
1 phase electromotor is used is used to mix the fluid insecticide inside the
tank and to spray it

Application of the disinfectant
system

-The
disinfectant and the seed mixer with the fluid incsecticide is also used to
transfer the mixed material to the scale and baging system which  is 4 meter and it has 2 spray nozels
