Application of the winnowing system
:

The Winnowing system : is to separate mixed materials including very small ,
large ,light ,and heavy

Materials , dust and straw ,wood and grit

-There is a hopper equipped with an adjustable shutter
that is used to control the entring material to the system

-A penumatic elevator transfers the winnowing material
from the hopper into the system where the dust and

straw are being separated

-The system is equipped with the adjustable two sided
drawing central fan ,one side of the fan transfers the

material, separates the dust and straw as well as the
heavier materials than the main one and the other side

of the fan separates the lighter mixed materials such
as wrinkled wheat ,fine wheat ,smutted wheat , weed

seed and broken seed

-The system is equipped with two sifter , the upper
sifter separates larger mixed materials like culm and the

lower sifter separates the smaller materials including
sand ,the weed seed and the broken seed

-There is an upper cyclinder to separate the smutted
seed and the broken ones as well as the broken seeds

-There is a lower cylinder to separate oat , it
separates the oat and barely that are larger than the wheat
