Application : To
Pesticide, disinfect, and convey the seeds to bascule and bag

1- The system is portable, it could mix
fluid or powdered pesticide with seed.

2- Powder pesticide has its special steel
tank, it is equipped with a mixer and conduct the

pesticide to the adaptable exit valve and
the helix.

3- 220 liters tank could continuously feed
the 1.5 tons per hour systems for 10 hours,and

600 liters unit could continuously feed 5
tons per hour systems for ten hours, both of then

are scaled .

4- The fluid pesticide tank is equipped
with special and filter to prevent the nozzle to be

clogged

5- Every utilized liquid or powder
mechanism conduct pesticide toward the wheat when

the helix mix it and then wheat is
conducted to bascule, the quality design of helix prevents

it to break seed

6- The helix is 400 cm long where the
pesticide is mixed comletely , the helix diameter

system is 25cm, they have 1 to 4 nozzles
respectively

Driving force

- A single phase Italian Electro - pump in
the tank mix the pesticide with water and regulate

the spray process

- A three phase Spain gearbox is used for powder
pesticide (Optional)

- 32 frme gearbox is used for 1.5 tons per
hour systems and a 48 frame gearbox is used

for 5 tons per hour systems to mix
pesticide with wheat and convey it to bascule and bag

- A single phase power control panel is
used to turn on and turn off the Electro - pump of

fluid pesticide

- Powder pesticide could severely pollute
staff, so, the customer could optionally use

disinfecting system
